MISSION

DEVELOP AND PROMOTE THE GREAT RUNNING AND PASSING GAME OF RUGBY IN THE EL PASO AND SURROUNDING

AREAS, TO ESTABLISH RUGBY AS A MAJOR SPORTING OPTION THROUGH BOTH PARTICIPATION AND AS A SPECTATOR

SPORT.

GOALS

Achieve full membership with USARFU & WRU as either an independent union or sub union of TRU or RGU.

.Provide all member area teams with comprehensive rugby resources including

*Registrations-Eligibility-Rules & Regulations *League Competitions-Scheduling-Tournaments-Tours

*Coaching & Referee Development/Assignment *Marketing-promotion-Media Relations-Fundraising

*Develop a Rugby Complex to host local & regional competitions,

Tournaments & Touring Sides

*Create all age grade levels and gender competitions from Youth

(ROOKIE RUGBY) to Elite & Old boys Teams

*Establish Rugby as a respected and accepted sport in the area though high numbers of participation and well publicized competitions

*Re-establish the El Paso Scorpions & UTEP rugby as premier teams in the region
